Sweet & Sour prawn with coconut milk.

Few day ago I tried to cook this item & it was so yummy.It can be served with Pulao or steam rice.Recipe is so simple but so delicious to eat. 


Ingredients:

6-8 pcs Prawn medium size,
1 1/2 cup coconut milk,
1/2 cup cooking oil ( I used soybean oil)
1 teaspoon ginger paste,
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin paste,
1 teaspoon garlic paste,
1 tablespoon onion paste,
1 teaspoon garam masala paste (cinnamon +cardamom 2-3 pcs),
1 big tej patta,
Green chili 4-5 pcs,
1 teaspoon sugar,
Salt according to taste &
1 teaspoon lemon juice( If you want you can add according to your taste)

Cooking Process:

First clean the prawn & keep it aside.Put Oil on a pan add all the spices without green chili,coconut milk & lemon juice.Cook the spices until oil come over the spices then add the prawn mix them very well after 2-3 minute add coconut oil & chili.Cook it until it become gravy in medium heat.Add lemon juice & sugar again mixed them well up to 1-2 minute & finish !!!!
Sweet & sour Prawn is ready to serve.
